FOR RETURNS, CUSTOMERS WILL BE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT OF ITEM(S) RETURNED, MINUS A SHIPPING FEE (THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS).

FOR EXCHANGES, CUSTOMERS WILL BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT TO PURCHASE A NEW ITEM. A SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE GENERATED UPON REQUEST OF A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

IF A CUSTOMER WISHES TO CANCEL A PLACED ORDER THAT HAS SHIPPED BUT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND SUCH THAT THEY WILL STILL PAY SHIPPING ON THE ITEMS ORDERED.

IF A CUSTOMER WISHES TO CANCEL A PLACED ORDER THAT HAS NOT SHIPPED THE ORDER CAN BE CANCELED FREE OF COST AND A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
