For returns, customers will be refunded the amount of item(s) returned, minus a shipping fee (this does not apply for domestic orders).
For exchanges, customers will be issued a store credit to purchase a new item. a shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange.
If a customer wishes to cancel a placed order that has shipped but has not been delivered, the customer will be receive a partial refund such that they will still pay shipping on the items ordered.
If a customer wishes to cancel a placed order that has not shipped the order can be canceled free of cost and a full refund will be issued.
